Deleene has been with SCI since 1998, and she enjoys working for a company where the owners truly care about their employees. Prior to working for SCI, she worked to expand the H.R. responsibilities in various industries in Denver and Salt Lake. Her expertise in Human Resources comes from college courses, varied seminars, and tons of experience just doing it every day. In an effort to increase her effectiveness as the H.R. Manager by learning to communicate with the Latino employees, Deleene is currently struggling to learn Spanish.
 
Deleene loves reading, researching, and writing. She also loves to spend time with her six grandchildren or walking outdoors. She would love to take a vacation anywhere, but doesn’t often get a chance because her husband is in retail. People appreciate Deleene’s personable attitude and her genuine interest in their well-being.
